3M Self-Stick Liquid Protection Fabric is ideal for a wide range of temporary surface protection applications in both industrial and home settings. Its liquid-proof layer protects from water, oils, solvents, paints and more. The nonwoven surface traps dirt, dust and debris to prevent them from spreading through the facility. Low-tack adhesive backing keeps it securely in place and removes easily without residue. Resistant to light impact and abrasion for areas where scratches and dings are common. Use the 28 in x 300 ft roll with our floor or wall applicators for efficient application. 3M Self-Stick Liquid Protection Fabric is an extension of our Dirt Trap products, including 3M Dirt Trap Protection Material which collision repair professionals have been using in paint booths for years. It showcases how solid science can create a cleaner, more efficient facility. Steps: (1) Prep surface by removing debris, dirt and using residue-free cleaners. Before application, make sure surface is dry. (2) Tack down one end and unroll to desired length, without stretching. Avoid overlaps over 1 inch. (3) Change-outs should be every 2-4 weeks, depending on use. Peel back material away from itself, at a 135-degree angle.
