- SUPERIOR SAUSAGE CASINGS These sausage casings are ‘A-GRADE’ (the best grade), 19 - 21mm / about ¾” diameter. They are pre-flushed and pre-tubed onto hard tubes, which makes them much easier to transfer onto your sausage maker nozzle and prevents annoying knots or tangles. With this 32ft of sausage casing you can make approximately 5.5lb or 55 links / sticks
